Before You Request a Refund
Having issues with your Flux Theme template? Contact us at contact@flux-theme.online first. We can often troubleshoot Astro setup, Tailwind configuration, Supabase integration, or deployment issues quickly — most problems are resolved within 24 hours without needing a refund.
When Refunds Are Considered
We stand behind every Flux Theme template. We understand some issues cannot be resolved through support or updates. The situations below outline when a refund request will be reviewed and potentially approved.
Product Not as Described
If a Flux Theme template does not function as shown in the live demo or differs significantly from its listed features and description, we will first attempt to resolve it through a fix or update. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you are eligible for a full refund.
Security Vulnerabilities
If a critical, unfixable security vulnerability is discovered in a Flux Theme template — affecting Astro, Supabase, Resend, or any integrated service — you qualify for a full refund. All fixable security issues will be patched promptly and delivered as a free update to all buyers.
Item Not Downloaded
If you completed payment via Polar.sh but did not receive or download your Flux Theme files within 24 hours, you may qualify for a refund depending on your region. Contact us at contact@flux-theme.online with your Polar.sh purchase confirmation to verify eligibility.
Support Not Delivered
If you purchased a Flux Theme template or bundle that includes email support and that support was not provided despite a valid and active entitlement, you will receive a full refund for the support component of your purchase.
Dispute Resolution
If we cannot reach a resolution directly, you may raise a formal dispute with Flux Theme for investigation. Please provide relevant documentation — screenshots, error logs, Polar.sh order ID, or email correspondence. Refunds in disputed cases are discretionary and the decision made by Flux Theme is final.
No Refunds For
Refunds are not issued for the following: changing your mind after purchase, accidental purchases, lack of technical expertise to work with Astro or the included stack, general dissatisfaction when the template functions as described and demonstrated, download issues caused by local device or environment changes, or loss of access to the email address used at purchase.
