To get the fastest resolution, be specific about what you're trying to do. Include which Flux Theme template you purchased, the version number, your deployment environment (Vercel, Netlify, etc.), and your tech stack. Share code snippets, error logs, or screenshots where possible. Check the docs first — most setup questions are answered there immediately.
Response Times
Email replies within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, PHT). Complex issues involving Astro configuration, Supabase setup, or third-party integrations may require additional back-and-forth — we'll stay with you until it's fully resolved.
