All Flux Theme templates, components, designs, documentation, and site content are the intellectual property of Flux Theme. Purchasing a license grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use the template for personal and client projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the original source code or designs in any form.

All purchases are processed via Polar.sh. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Orders are confirmed via email upon successful payment.

All prices are listed in USD. Flux Theme reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Payments are processed securely via Polar.sh — your payment details are encrypted and never stored on Flux Theme servers.

Templates are delivered digitally via Polar.sh immediately upon confirmed payment. Access to GitHub repository, Figma files, documentation, and lifetime updates is granted through your purchase confirmation. No physical goods are delivered.

Because all Flux Theme products are digital downloads, cancellations are not accepted once the download has been accessed. If you have not accessed your download and wish to cancel, contact contact@flux-theme.online within 24 hours of purchase.

Prices displayed on flux-theme.online may or may not include applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction. Any taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your local government are your responsibility as the buyer.

You agree not to misuse flux-theme.online or its services. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping or copying content without permission, using the platform for unlawful purposes, or distributing malware.

Flux Theme templates are provided as-is with no express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that templates will be error-free or meet every specific requirement. You are responsible for testing and validating templates in your own environment before production use.
